Consent request by the Speck Alto Adige Consortium, in implementation of Articles 10 and 11 of Law 675/96, bearing the provisions protecting individuals and others with respect to handling personal information: the customer declares to have received the disclosure and consents to handling of personal data, directly by Speck Alto Adige Consortium or through third parties, in order to fulfill the obligations under law, regulation, or European Community provision and in particular, to comprehensively perform all the obligations by contract, including for the following purposes related to services and/or products additional to the object of the contract and related amendments/riders: formulate studies, statistical and market research; send advertising and informational materials; perform direct sales or placement activities; send commercial information; make interactive sales communications.
